Although the Whaling station does not serve breakfast, there is a lovely Clubhouse in Goose valley Estate called the Verandah  (800m form the Whaling station) that serves breakfast, lunch and supper.

For a more personal experience, we have two of Plettenberg bay’s top chefs for private catering speak to the host.

Whaling Station provides a beautiful list of wines. Please pre- order in advance no later than two days before arrival to avoid disappointment.

All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable (not currently registered).
All prices are per person sharing.

Payment / Cancellation Policy

50% deposit required on confirmation of booking with balance payable on arrival.
Deposit refundable if booking cancelled more than 28 days prior to arrival.
75% of deposit refundable if booking cancelled 21 to 28 days prior to arrival.
50% of deposit refundable if booking cancelled 14 to 21 days prior to arrival.
Deposit is non-refundable on cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival.

Children

We have 5 family suites.
All children welcome

Smoking Policy

We are non-smoking establishment.
No smoking allowed in rooms, lounges and dining area.

Group Booking Policy

Policy applies to 4 or more rooms.
50% deposit required 60 days prior to arrival.
50% of the deposit will be refunded if cancellation made 28 days prior to arrival.
